StashSquatch, Rangers and Outer Space Visitors

If you stopped by our booth—or spent any time exploring Surly Festival Field—there was a pretty good chance you encountered something out-of-this-world. Nebula’s ship had officially landed, bringing the cosmic fun straight from our tent to the crowd with the help of our Alien and Astronaut mascots. You couldn’t miss our adorable green friend and her very pink Astronaut escort, especially if you stuck around long enough for a few photos and plenty of intergalactic antics.

Then there was Stashquatch. He was spotted attempting to dodge the evidence cameras, but unfortunately for him, he wasn’t nearly as elusive as he thought. Lakeside Cannabis Co. was excited to introduce Stashquatch and his Ranger sidekick to the festival crowd, and the two quickly became fan favorites.

Between surprise sightings, photo ops, and plenty of mascot shenanigans, all four characters were a huge hit with festivalgoers. We’re already looking forward to seeing what kind of trouble—and what new sightings—next year’s festival brings!

Our booth was packed with a full-on North Star Canna experience, complete with custom-branded T-shirts, hats, and sweatshirts made right there on-site. It was exciting to create custom apparel for folks to bring home a branded memory of the rainy day. We gave away Lakeside Cannabis Co. water bottles and tons of stickers, magnets, and keychains in addition to chatting about our various brands and our manufacturing processes. 

We also got to talk about our previous award-winning brands from Legacy Cup 2024 and 2025. Last year we took home Best Vape with Lakeside Canna Co.’s Birthday Cake Kush and Best Concentrate with True Canna’s Blueberry Donut. The year prior we won Best Innovative Non-Intoxicating Product for Nebula's Bountiful Blue Raspberry Gummy, a functional mushroom-based gummy with some CBN to help consumers drift off for the night. While that particular product is no longer being manufactured, we are still proud of its win and hope to pick up more trophies in the future!

Legendary Live Music 

Grasslandz once again sponsored the Main Stage where Big Boi with Sleepy Brown brought that OutKast-era energy, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony took us straight to the crossroads, Nappy Roots gave us exactly the “Good Day” vibes we needed, and Sa-Roc brought some serious vocals to the stage despite the rain. We had the perfect view of the stage from our booth, so you better believe we were dancing all day long!

Building Something Bigger With Tokáhe Distribution

Legacy Cup was another opportunity to celebrate the partnerships and the people helping move Minnesota’s cannabis industry forward. Our partnership with Tokáhe Distribution continues to be an important part of what we’re building, but just as important is the opportunity to connect with people, share our brands, and educate others about the products we create. Events like Legacy Cup bring all that together and give us the chance to put those relationships into action.

That’s what we love about this industry. It’s not just about putting products on the shelf; it’s about the people, the partnerships, and the education behind them. Legacy Cup 2026 brought some serious competition, and seeing so many of our industry partners and friends recognized for their hard work made the weekend even more special. There’s a lot to celebrate, and we're proud to be building it all together.

After a full day of music, giveaways, friends, and enough walking to make our feet file a formal complaint, we left Legacy Cup VII with full hearts and plenty of memories.
